Are you looking for a place to stay for your next trip to Hershey PA? Would you like to do some camping? Or a perhaps indulging in bit of luxury, or a relaxing with a classic lodge experience? Well there is a Hershey hotel that will fit your needs!
The majestic Hershey Lodge with its stone fireplace puts you in mind of classic lodge you would see in the movies. The hotel has 665 guest rooms and  is all decked out for the holidays, including a large tree in the lobby decorated in chocolate bars! The high ceiling lobby gives you a feeling of grandness of the hotel.
The large sitting area in the lobby is a great meeting place for families, or just a good place to rest before you head off to your day. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and were covered in sheets marked with Hershey Kisses! The toiletries were all chocolate scented, and were sold in the full size versions in the gift shop.

The gift shops offer a variety of gift baskets filled with chocolate goodies that you can order and have sent to your room, or have it there when you arrive. The Hershey Lodge also offers the opportunity have Cookies and Milk ordered and sent to your room… Wouldn’t the kids love that? There is even a place for kids to check in when they arrive at the hotel, they can sign in and be just like a grown up.
The Hershey Lodge is Pennsylvania’s largest convention resort, this vast hotel ground has a pool, a miniature golf course, and a fitness center. Coming summer 2016 to The Hershey Lodge is Water Works, a themed indoor water park with candy themed water fun! A zero entry pool, an indoor play structure Twizzlers Twist slides and more!  The Hershey Lodge features several family friendly restaurants including The Hershey Grill, where you can get a Hershey S ’mores French Toast, The Forebay, The Bears' Den, Lebbie Lebkicher's  and the place to get coffee and all of you morning needs, the Cocoa Beanery.
The Hershey Lodge has a variety of special packages for the holiday season, including the Breakfast with Santa Package this package is available for select days until 12/20/15 and the Christmas In Hershey package, features Hersheypark Christmas Candylane, Hershey Sweet Lights, Milk and Cookie Delivery, and more!  this package is available for select days until 12/29/2015.  Only at Hershey could you get a Hershey bar at check in, and nightly turn down service with Hershey kisses left on the bed. I loved this resort, the theming is great, and The Hershey Lodge is the perfect resort for families with young children.
Somewhere I would love to stay one day my dream hotel, The Hotel Hershey this luxurious hotel was built in 1933 in the height of the depression. Milton Hershey saw a decline in the visits to Hershey PA and instead of laying off his employees, the folks at lived in his town he decided to build the Hotel Hershey, and gave jobs to hundreds who needed work at the time. That is such a wonderful thing!

This hotel is magnificent, a Forbes Four Star Award recipient and the AAA Four-Diamond Award recipient. But the hotel is still attainable there is no stuffiness anywhere to be found. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly everyone was important to them.
The Hotel Hershey offers 276 deluxe hotel rooms and 48 premium cottage rooms. Walking into the hotel it makes you feel like you are taking a walk back in time in the fabulous 30’s with all of their splendor, with the brightly lit lobby is filled with great shops, and Mediterranean designs. The hotel features great amenities, including the lovely Spa at the Hotel Hershey.
The Hershey hotel features several restaurants including Harvest, Trevi 5, Iberian Lounge, Cocoa Beanery and The Circular restaurant, with their amazing sticky buns, they were a cross between a pecan pie and a sticky bun, and they were amazing!
These were the best I have ever had, the next time I am in Hershey I will make it a point to be sure to eat at The Circular.  Overall I was impressed with the look and feel of the Hershey Hotel, it made you feel glamorous and who doesn’t want a bit a glamour and luxury on their lives every once in a while?

My Bucket list hotel would be the Hersheypark Camping Resort  I have always wanted to go camping, ever since I was a little girl. So what is the problem, why have I not gone camping? Well my husband on the other hand could think of a million other things he would want to do, before he would ever want to camp. Luckily for me, the Hersheypark Camping Resort is more glamping than the traditional camping. There will be no sleeping in the cold on the ground on this camping trip. This is my husband’s kind of camping!

A nice warm bed, a TV and your own bathroom, there will be no “roughing it” on this kind of camping trip.  The cabins have all the amenities you could want, and even some my daughter would love, she would just flip for the bunk beds!

There is a great mercantile shop to pick up all of your food, and camping needs. It may seem like you are out in the wilderness, but you are not, you are only minutes away from HersheyPark.

Enjoy the camping fun with a game room, a pool and  playgrounds, volleyball basketball and much more, then head off to Hersheypark to have even more fun!   I just may have camping with the family in the future!

A great amenity of all Hershey hotels, is they offer free transportation to HersheyPark, via a shuttle that runs throughout the day. This is a great perk, there is no need to move the car to head to the park, it is a nice time saver.  Are you planning a trip to Hershey PA? What type of hotel would you like to stay at while in Hershey? Would you be up for camping or luxurious accommodations, or classic lodge comfort?
