Being a mom is hard work, it is a tough job. I am in awe and wonder when I think of all the hard working moms out there. But being a mom is the toughest job you will ever love. When I found out I was going to become a mother, I knew it would be tough to work full time and raise a family. But I also knew it would be the only way I would be able to have a family, I had to make sure I could do it all. I knew it would be tough, and boy is it. I am on the go, all the time it seems, no rest for the weary.. But even though things can be hard and hectic, I love my life and I would not have it any other way. My family is my biggest accomplishment, and I love them so very much.

I have the latest trailer for The BFG to share with you all, this includes new, never-before-seen footage of the BFG (Big Friendly Giant). The film, is directed by Steven Spielberg and based on the best-selling book by Roald Dahl. Directed by Spielberg, Disney’s “The BFG” tells the imaginative story of a young girl and the Giant who introduces her to the wonders and perils of Giant Country. “I think it was kind of genius of Roald Dahl to be able to empower the children. 
It was very, very brave of him to introduce that combination of darkness and light which was so much Disney’s original signature in a lot of their earlier works like in ‘Dumbo,’ ‘Fantasia,’ ‘Snow White’ and ‘Cinderella,’ and being able to do scary, but also be redemptive at the same time and teach a lesson, an enduring lesson, to everyone, it was a wonderful thing for Dahl to have done, and it was one of the things that attracted me to want to direct this Dahl book,” says Spielberg.

Being a working mom is a tough job, it can be a real balancing act with my day work and my life work. It is like having two full time jobs life never seems to slow down. I have a calendar full of scheduled appointments, playdates, and school events. My life is full of sticky messes and late nights and early mornings I have been through it all. But as hectic and on the go my life is I would not change it, I love my life.  But there are sometimes you just dream of having some “me” time then, life gets even more hectic when sickness comes into your life! Oh no! 

Now things are about to get wild! When this happens know that you are not alone, it is tough enough for a mom when household is healthy let alone when some are not feeling themselves. Pfizer Consumer Healthcare have released a video depicting a small glimpse of what moms may feel and experience when their child is under the weather. Can you relate? Everyone’s favorite absent minded fish Dory, is back in theaters soon! Fans of Finding Nemo, are going to love seeing Finding Dory. I know I am looking forward to this movie, one of my daughters favorite movies was Finding Nemo, we watched it again and again. 

It will be great to see Finding Dory who knows we may see some old friends? We will just wait and see? We're a Star Wars house, don't have much of a choice really. I knew what I was getting into when I first started dating my husband that he was a Star Wars guy, he never hid it and has never hid it. But his love of the movie franchise grew on me too, and was passed down to our daughter... From the our personalized star wars license plate, to our basement full of collectibles we are a Star Wars family plain and simple. We've become a Star Wars family, my daughter “is being raised the right way” according to my husband...ha ha.. but that's my issue. This is all leading to seeing a huge black box that simply said Star Wars on it sitting in between our doors. That big box was full of cool things and we were able to have a screening of the Force Awakens in our house and that made my Star Wars family extremely happy.
