Holiday Gift Guide: Scrapsmith - Review

I would love to share this great website I came across, http://www.scrapsmith.com/ A great place for a unique heartfelt gift.

We love to travel and take pictures, lots and lots of pictures. But what can you do with the pictures besides putting them in plain albums all the time. That can get boring. I tried scrapbooking a few years ago, and let me tell you the truth, it didn’t work out that well. I just do not have the time, the patience or the talent to scrapbook. But I know who sure has the talent for scrapbooking. Trista, from Scrapsmith. Trista started Scrapsmith in 2010, and in her own words “I found my true love through scrapbooking. I love providing people with the opportunity to cherish their memories through the wonderful gift of a scrapbook. Scrapbooks tell a life's story and are wonderfully shared through generations.”
You can tell she loves what she does because the love shows in her scrapbook art. Here are a few of her pieces:

Trista asked me to email her the pictures I would like to be included. So I collected a few of my favorite pictures from our Disneyland trip and emailed them to her. I did not know what she was going to send but I could not wait for the surprise. I was certain that it would be great. But when the package arrived, I was wrong it was not great, it was WONDERFUL! It went beyond my expectations. Each page was made with care, she really put thought into this project.

When the package arrived it was well wrapped, and after opening I discovered that I was send a scrapbook album. It was lovely. Very unique, and just was so special. There were even Disney scrapbook touches, she really took her time to make this original piece of art for me. When my daughter looked through it, she kept saying “this is so pretty” so even my daughter was impressed.  As you can see the book is amazing, we are so grateful to have this remembrance that we will keep forever and because Trista, uses acid-free & lignin-free scrap booking products, the products she makes are meant to last a lifetime.

With the holidays right around the corner, start your shopping now. If you do not know what to buy someone, a gift from the heart is always a great idea. A scrapbook album or home décor with a personal twist, she also does handmade cards and art pieces. I recommend Scrapsmith, they have quality products made with love.
