My Review:

A few years ago my husband decided he didn’t like the way he looked in pictures and decided to lose weight and being a man he dropped 50+ pounds in a little over 4 months. Only men can lose weight like that! Something he became nutty about was portion control and only eating a certain amount of food to keep him in line. He did it by hand, I don’t know how but he did it just holding something in his hand and guesstimating.

He was finally able to stop guesstimating, we received a food scale from Eat Smart that now takes the guess work out of portion control. This scale is so smart it’s able to subtract the weight of the plate or container that the food is in! It’s been a hit around here, one of the really nice things is that the scale is small and easy to store but don’t let the size fool you this little scale can handle 11 pounds and it accurate  +- 1 gram!

If you are using portion control to help lose or maintain your weight and you’re not using the PrecisionPro Kitchen Scale from Eat Smart do yourself the favor and get it. If your wife or mother is in the process of losing weight and eating right introduce them to the wonders of portion control and get them this little wonder. Promote getting healthier this mother’s day it might not be as fun as chocolate but they’ll thank you in the long run.

The great folks at Eat Smart are giving one of Susan's Disney Family readers a chance to win a kitchen scale. To enter please let me know who would love this scale? There are also other ways to enter, please enter below.

Weighing food versus guessing portions is CRITICAL for weight loss. I learned that over the past few months as I have dropped 39 lbs. This scale is GREAT!

I would love this scale because I try to watch my portions but I'm pretty sure I underestimate the true weight of my food.
