Karina, the best dresses for vacations and travel!

Are you looking for an easy to take care of dress that fits well looks amazing and is easy to travel with? Well as a proud  ambassador for American Made Karina Dresses I have been very fortunate to be able to review some amazing styles of Karina dresses, including Megan  and Marisa  dresses. I am simply in love with my Karina dresses. A dress from Karina Dresses Use the code SIMS30.  it’s good for $30 off any full price dress purchased. Here is a little more information about the owner, and this great company:

In 2007, Karina Cousineau  launched a little dress company from her home in Upstate New York with the vision of creating dresses for every woman. After working in production and design, Karina felt there was a real need for a fashion line that makes every “body” feel and look great, no matter what shape or size.

She believes in the innate beauty of women when they accept and love themselves as they are.   Handmade in New York City from limited edition fabric, Karina Dresses are both classic and fashion-forward. Through an ongoing dialogue with store owners and clients, Karina creates a feeling of a custom collection with great attention to fit, quality and style. Additional features of the dress also speak to the special needs of customers seeking travel and maternity clothes.

 My Review:

I know the summer is winding down, but it is not over yet, and many are still planning vacation trips to various destinations, and if you are looking for the ultimate travel wear look no further than Karina dresses

The dresses are so very easy to pack, as you can see… look how small the dress is in my carry on bag.  And just to show you how easy they are to pack here is a picture of the dress packed away, in my purse! Yes, it is so portable that I can pack it away in my handbag.

Have you ever packed a dress on vacation before, it usually does not turn out well. What usually happens is after I unpack I see that my dress is a wrinkled mess, then I have to see if the room has an iron and most hotel rooms do not have an iron in the room anymore. So ok no iron, what now, I could somehow hang the dress up in the bathroom and have the “steam” of a hot shower let the wrinkles fall out of the dress, sounds good right well this never really works for me. I have a much better suggestion… just forget about bringing a dress on vacation, unless it is a Karina Dress. With Karina Dresses they are so simple to pack and

The best part is, no wrinkles! Just unpack and hang up the dress, or fold it in a drawer, or if you are a gal that “lives out of your suitcase” like my mom does (she never really unpacks when she goes on vacation, she just digs out what she needs from her suit case as needed) you can leave the dress rolled up until you want to wear it, and trust me the dress will come out of your bag looking great, it will be wrinkle free and ready to wear. These dresses are simply amazing!

And Karina Dresses are so easy to wash, and take care of  if I wanted to wear this dress twice during vacation, I could simply hand wash in the dress in the sink, and let it air dry and there you go, it will be ready to wear in a short while. I told you this was easy, right?

But don’t think these dresses have to be washed by hand, these sturdy dresses can be machined washed as well. No special care, or dry cleaning needed.  Just hang dry, the dress will dry in no time at all, and will be ready to wear.  I am looking forward to bringing this dress to our “Mommy and Daddy”  vacation to Disney World in October. I am looking forward to some lovely date nights with my husband, I cannot wait to get dressed up and enjoy a relaxing vacation with my husband. This dress will be great for a nice dinner, it will look great and will be light and airy in the Florida heat.

But don’t take my word for it, Travel + LeisureMagazine has The touted Karina Dresses as 'the perfect travel dress' in a recent blog post. Now that is impressive. So If you are looking for great travel wear for vacations, or if you travel for business you will love Karina Dresses as much as I do.
