Fudgy delicious Peanut Softer Than Brittle® brownies that the family will love! #Recipe #Giveaway

Are you looking for a sweet treat that is different, delicate, flavorful, and delicious? Are you a fan of brittle, you know the classic treat, peanut, almond, and pretty much any nut? Perhaps you are like me, you like brittle but the hardness and the stiffness of the treat kind of takes the fun out of eating brittle (I am always afraid of chipping a tooth!) but now there is a softer and just as yummy an option! A great product called Softer Than Brittle®! A softer delicious version of the classic treat.

Softer Than Brittle® is a unique, soft and flaky gourmet nut brittle hand-crafted from a 60-year-old family recipe. This “better-for-you-brittle” contains no preservatives, cholesterol, dairy, or hydrogenated oil and is even vegan.   Not only is Softer Than Brittle an incredibly delicious and flaky nut brittle, it also features a clean label with just 6 or 7 basic ingredients. It is available in 4 varieties: Peanut, Cashew, Pecan and Almond.

I was excited to get to try a softer version of brittle. I remember my grandmother making brittle when I was a kid, and I always wished there was a way to have the same taste but with a softer texture… and all of these years later yes it is true we now have Softer Than Brittle. With the delicious assortment of flavors including, Peanut, Cashew, Pecan and Almond. We really liked Softer Than Brittle, it was truly as advertised it was a yummy sweet snack. I wanted to come up with a quick and easy recipe, that incorporated these new to us sweet treats, and we came up with Fudgy Peanut Softer Than Brittle® Brownies. Check out the recipe below!

Fudgy Peanut Softer Than Brittle® Brownies

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
½ cup crumbled Peanut Softer Than Brittle® (or your favorite flavor)
1 stick of butter
3 eggs
½ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Mix wet ingredients until fully incorporated, then add dry (all except the Softer Than Brittle®) mix well. Fill the mixture in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Top with crumbled Softer Than Brittle®. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.

This sweet treat is easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. The addition of the Softer Than Brittle® takes this classic dessert to a new divine snaking level. My family really enjoyed these brownies, and I have to admit they were some of the best I have ever made. I can not wait to make them again. I am hooked and I haven't even tried this yet! I love peanut brittle but really dislike how it is so hard (my teeth aren't what they used to be) - my mission this week is to find and try this.
