My review:

Living with a lactose intolerant person can be quite challenging. I know, my husband has been lactose intolerant since birth and loves dairy products but he pays a heavy price when he consumes them. Most lactose intolerant people avoid dairy products as much as possible and miss out on a lot of good things. Ice cream for example, my husband looks at ice cream and instantly starts complaining about his stomach. Thanks to Arctic Zero (http://www.myarcticzero.com/) my husband and many like him finally have dessert options!

We received a box of Arctic Zero and instantly my husband was intrigued, not only is it lactose intolerant friendly it's only 150 calories for the entire pint! Wow! A pint of Ben & Jerry's can reach well over 1,000 calories for the pint....150 or 1,000? That's an easy choice. And before you say it can't taste good, let me tell you it doesn't taste good.....it tastes great! My husband tore into the pumpkin spice ice cream pumpkin spice has cinnamon in it....his cinnamon alarm went off and that goofy grin came across his face. The whole time he was eating the ice cream he kept saying it tastes good and I won't be sick! And we're happy to report his stomach was fine. This is not only good tasting but it's good for you, low carb, fat free, gluten free, lactose friendly, a good source of fibre and high in whey protein concentrate.

We're amazed that Arctic Zero has all these healthy benefits and is good for you, it should taste awful but it doesn't. You will enjoy Arctic Ice and you will benefit from eating it, you will benefit from eating ice cream! What?! Google the benefits of whey protein you will be amazed at what whey protein has been known to do. You have 8 flavors to choose from pumpkin spice, chocolate, cookies & cream, mint chocolate cookie, coffee, chocolate peanut butter, vanilla maple & strawberry. It is not exactly like the thick fatty ice creams it has a slightly different taste, but it does fill the craving for a yummy frozen treat.  If you're like me and live with someone who loves ice cream but can't touch it give Arctic Zero a try they will be grateful to be able to eat a icy treat again with out any guilt or pain.
